Abstract


This article through to Harbin black soil region of long-term fertilization on soil nematode community structure characteristics of research, the results showed that long-term fertilization conditions, due to the soil fertility status changed, soil nematode community structure also the corresponding change. Soil under long-term fertilization conditions, soil nematodes community the number of species and nematodes compared with no fertilizer controls a downward trend; Fertilization could reduce soil nematodes dominance, while increasing the evenness and diversity of soil nematodes, fertilization can significantly increase the relative abundance of soil nematodes food bacteria, but on plant parasitic nematodes in soils has obvious inhibitory effect, especially the application of organic manure and NPK fertilizer application at the same time not only can significantly reduce the number of plant parasitic nematodes in soil, and plant parasitic nematodes species diversity of soil also has obvious inhibitory effect.
