Abstract


Capital-intensive enterprises directly related to the situation of enterprise asset management, enterprise core competitiveness on the market. Coal mining enterprises as a typical asset-intensive enterprises, mining equipment accounted for 60% -80% of the fixed assets of enterprises. This topic is the construction of a large coal mine enterprise asset management system of the Group for the background, the aim is to establish a set of asset management system based on the full life cycle of the equipment, from the procurement of equipment into the plant, use, maintenance, and so on until the last scrap all tracking management, and provide decision support capabilities for the procurement of equipment vendor selection, procurement of equipment to make scientific, reasonable and fully consider the security aspects of the system, and the entire system, to avoid forced to reconsider the enterprise security issues. The work of this study include the following: (1) system developed early, starting from the actual situation, using a combination of structured and object-oriented method, business process diagrams, data flow diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, state Figure analytical tools from different angles to complete the analysis of the EAM system, laid the foundation for further design and realization. (2) on the basis of the basic asset management function to study the theory of decision support, which will be based on the fuzzy AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of decision support theory applied to the selection of suppliers of equipment procurement, equipment selection decision-making model decision support, equipment selection links, to provide a basis for the optimization of the device structure of the company. (3) In accordance with the the EAM system of data structure, with the completion of the Power Designer modeling tool database conceptual data model design, logic design and physical data model design. (4) In view of the many pages of EAM system functions, and the function of the presentation layer similar characteristics to design a functional framework of the presentation layer page, to improve the efficiency of the system development; demand in view of the the EAM system of approval workflow, designed a set of self- custom defined workflow framework to achieve the approval process to meet the needs of the enterprise. (5) the security policy of the system throughout the entire development process, analysis of the factors affecting system security through a variety of measures to ensure the security of the system. Effective user access control, role-based access control policy is applied to the EAM system simplifies user access control; multiple XML-based digital signatures to protect the authenticity and non-repudiation of the approval process of the and the application approval process which improves the security of the approval process; introduction of a log to record the user of important operating functions. The system has been put into use in the company, and achieved good results. Currently, many domestic coal mining enterprises, the overall lower level of asset management, the results of this research have an important role in promoting not only to improve the PJ assets of the company management level, but also a good reference for other coal mining enterprises in the same industry.
