Abstract


Use of influence bribery is China's \The crime of bribery expanded the subject , is bound to increase efforts to combat bribery , bribery legislation system perfect to play an active role. In this paper, using the influence of bribery legislative background , constitute a crime , bribery and other differences , the Legislative Defects and Perfection of four areas to discuss the influence of the use of bribes . This paper is divided into four chapters . The first chapter discusses the use of bribery and influence , \Chapter from a subjective and objective perspective of the aspects of the use of influence constitute the crime of bribery . The third chapter discusses the influence of the use of bribery and accepting bribes, mediation bribery , fraud , bribery and similar offenses introduced the distinction . The fourth chapter discusses the use of influence in the legislative bribery defects and to improve the offense legislative proposals .
