Abstract


Departure from our system and policy background as a sample to China 's stock market between 1995 and 2006 11,004 years , research on the determinants and economic consequences of the leadership structure . Determinants of leadership structure , this study showed that by a joint decision of the company 's external policy and internal characteristics of the leadership structure of Chinese enterprises . Two hats -one with the external policy of separation was significantly negatively correlated with a significant positive correlation with the degree of information asymmetry and general manager of the company . About the economic consequences of the leadership structure , found in the external policy implications of the case , the company 's performance with two jobs - one there is no significant relationship ; policy requires the separation of the two roles , corporate performance , and two hats together there is a significant positive correlation between . This shows that the government policy to break the equilibrium of the original enterprise to make the best economic decisions according to their own characteristics , to force businesses to separate the two jobs do not actually help to optimize the corporate governance structure and improve business performance .
