Abstract


"Work ethic" is a sociological concept, "lawyers professional ethics is the behavior of the legal profession's ethical standards, so lawyers professional ethics should not only comply with the general requirements of sociology, and to conform to the requirements of the lawyer profession particularity and professional, so lawyers professional ethics should be as a special subject to study, the norm of behavior of the legal profession, lawyers professional ethics of ascension will play an important guiding significance. In this article, through draw lessons from foreign advanced lawyer's professional ethics development experience, combined with the practice and development of the modern rule of law in our country, the lawyer profession ethics problems of rational construction put forward some reasonable opinions and Suggestions, strive for contemporary Chinese lawyers professional ethics system construction to make some beneficial exploration.
