Abstract


With the development of enterprises , the importance of the training has been widely recognized , but many enterprises in the process of implementation of the training because the training purpose is not clear , comprehensive training programs do not have good procedures for monitoring the training process and other reasons , resulting in the training flow in the form of working hours , that delay has also caused economic losses . Of where M company for the past 10 years the delivery of technical training to the actual data on the importance of quality management training program , as well as training , in-depth training project quality plan to develop the quality assurance system design quality assessment and control aspects of the study , a set of training programs from a comprehensive management plan to the class , the implementation of an end to the system of management . Thesis , project background and company background general description of the quality management training programs , proposed the significance of the topic and the research content , and then a summary overview of the relevant literature and research , and then paper describes the main research content and the core problem , and finally gives a summary of the research and future research prospects .
