Abstract


The main micro enterprise market economy , and the essence of mergers and acquisitions is the reconfiguration of social resources , successful mergers and acquisitions to expand the scale of corporate assets , the scale of production efficiency and core competitiveness . M \u0026 A is a complex behavior of the management system , and a large number of successful and failed mergers and acquisitions practice shows that the post-merger integration is to decide the key factor of the success of the mergers and acquisitions , where financial integration is the core content of the merger integration . Therefore , the evaluation of the effects of financial integration can be an important aspect of success as judged by corporate mergers and acquisitions . The coal industry is the pillar industry of China's national economy , the integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province, successful practice , will serve as a major strategic initiative to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode , adjust and optimize the industrial structure to promote the implementation of comprehensive nationwide , this process is bound to involved in large-scale coal enterprises mergers and acquisitions . Therefore, to evaluate the success or failure of the coal enterprises M \u0026 A activity to come to a reasonable and objective scientific evaluation findings have important practical significance for the implementation of China 's industrial policy and propulsion as well as the development of the coal industry . Papers on the basis of that draw on relevant research results in the field of mergers and acquisitions as the success or failure of the entry point of evaluation of mergers and acquisitions of financial integration , build financial integration effect evaluation system for asset quality , financial risk , evaluation criteria of the economic added value of corporate mergers and acquisitions , and selected listed companies in five of the seven integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province, the main enterprise analysis , financial integration effect of the merger and reorganization of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province were evaluated , and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement .
