IT industry since the rise in China's rapid development has been an important driving force for China's economic development has played a good role in promoting the development of other industries. Many of our IT listed company after more than 10 years of development, and gradually establish a modern corporate governance structure and governance mechanisms. Continuous development and improvement of China's financial markets, securities investors, securities analysts, both inside and outside the company are increasingly concerned about the performance of the listed companies in the IT industry. Theorists and practitioners of corporate governance is an urgent need to understand our IT (Information Technology, IT) industry listed company TMT (Top management Team, TMT) structure and the quality of governance situation. High company performance IT company TMT competency structure analysis of become hot public attention in recent years. Corporate senior management team is in the central position of the governance of listed companies, to master the aorta of the company's operations, the ability to give full play to the talents of the senior management team, and to stimulate the performance potential of the cooperation of the senior management team record, the key lies in the ability to build a scientific index system reasonable quality and performance evaluation of the listed company's senior management team, and thus the effective selection, appraisal, training and management. Mechanism of the domestic IT industry listed company TMT competent force structure and corporate performance relationship is still in the preliminary stage of exploration, which is in-depth study of this issue provides a huge space. This article proposed by literature exploratory dimension of the competence of the senior management team structure composition; statistical analysis conducted by the IT company's internal survey, collect relevant data, which hypotheses verification and correction model to study the senior management team of competent force of its dimension and the relationship of the company's performance, as well as whether they relationship between organizational factors and external environmental factors and its dimensions play a regulatory role, the degree of influence on the relationship between them; Analytic Hierarchy Process (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) on competency structures of the senior management team to further study and evaluation criteria to arrive at the structure of the competence of the senior management team of the high performance of listed companies, and confirmatory analysis for the case company. Through this research found that IT industry, listed companies, TMT competent force structure mainly includes five dimensions of strategic ability, opportunity, ability, organizational skills, relationship skills, and the ability to learn, and have varying degrees of significant impact on corporate performance. Organizational factors and external environmental factors play an important role in the regulation of TMT competency structure and corporate performance relationship. TMT competency structural evaluation criteria derived through analytic hierarchy has important theoretical and practical significance to further study how the selection and evaluation of TMT.
