Abstract


With economic development, the growing use of the highway bridge, while heavy vehicles on the road damage is far greater than the normal loading of vehicles, this damage may result in the early destruction of roads and bridges. In order for such damage and destruction of early warning, assessment of the safety of roads and bridges, is currently part of the domestic and international bridges and highways are used in structural health monitoring system. But the existing structure of a large structural health monitoring system, installation inconvenient, expensive, does not apply to ordinary bridges and highways. Based on this situation, this paper designed a high integration, low power consumption, easy to install, low-cost miniaturized structural health monitoring system. Since the destruction of roads and bridges on the main stems from its load, but the present society, the traffic on the road itself is great, if re-erection of static monitoring stations detect overload conditions likely to cause traffic congestion, causing adverse social impacts. Therefore, the pressure detecting bridge preferably in a dynamic environment, ie the vehicle driving process pressure monitoring. This system is mainly related to the sensor array through the pavement laid in the vehicle after a bridge structure on the dynamic response of real-time monitoring, combined with the structure of the existing conditions, to determine the carrying capacity of the existing bridge. According to the structure of the general structure of the health system, the layout paper is divided into the sensor array system, AD acquisition circuit, and a central processor, the alarm driving circuit, and communication circuit and other parts. Sensor array system integrates a system is mainly laid in heavy traffic was still able to accurately distinguish vehicle type, vehicle weight detection sensor layout way; Then, using the acquisition system will convert analog to digital, to facilitate post-processing; against Some vehicles do beyond the carrying capacity of the behavior of certain restrictions on the illegal vehicle image acquisition and alarm, and the pressure data collected through a variety of data formats transmitted to the remote data center, the next step of structural health monitoring algorithm discrimination. The integrated system is verified by testing, test results show that: The system is highly integrated, the pressure in the normal vehicle speed detected error rate does not exceed 10%, more accurate overload the bridge conduct a real-time detection. In short, the system is simple, low cost, suitable for any road and bridge fast layout, avoiding the cost of the project choice, fill small gaps structural health monitoring system.
