Abstract

In today's society , composite materials have been widely used in production, all areas of life , composite material as a bonding material , material from two or more different substances combined together in different ways , it the destruction is often first occurs in or near the interface from the junction . Therefore, the interface edge stress analysis has important significance for the strength and reliability of the assessment of a combination of materials . Composite interface mechanics , stress analysis of isotropic bimaterial interface end , has achieved some important results [ 1-7 ] < / sup> . Literature [ 8-12 ] < / sup> orthotropic bimaterial interface crack tip stress field , displacement field theoretical formulas are derived , and results show that : the crack tip oscillatory singularity and crack surfaces embedded in each other phenomenon does not exist . Research literature [13] orthotropic bi-material to antiplane flat lap interface end , proved the antiplane flat lap interface end only one singularity . Little research but commonly used in the repair of all types of structures housing the plane flat lap interface end flat lap interface end stress analysis can help you choose the right combination of materials to improve the mechanical properties of the binding site to achieve the purpose of structural optimization . The orthotropic bimaterial plane flat lap interface end the . Composite fracture complex variable method to construct a special stress function , solving the boundary value problem for a class of generalized biharmonic equations , derived (1) : when Δ1 gt ; 0 and Δ2 gt ; 0 case (2 ) : When Δ1 lt; 0 and Δ2 lt ; 0 the situation. ( 3) : when Δ1 gt; 0 and Δ2 lt ; different flat lap interface end of the three cases, the stress field, displacement field and stress intensity factor theoretical expressions , and the results show the the interface edge stress field oscillations singularity and verified the accuracy of the theoretical results using Matlab programming .
