Abstract


The land is an important part of the ecological environment, and is one of the main resources for human survival, the Earth's biological, physical, chemical cycle repository. The city is the carrier of the human economic and social activities, urban land is a major part of the urban environment. Modern social causes severe pollution due to industrial development and human activities in the city, the nature of the land is a serious deviation from the natural backdrop of the nature of the land. Accompanied by industrial development and urbanization progress, urban soils the state of the environment is growing threat to humanity. Land and groundwater, hazardous waste, industrial waste, pesticides and various waste emissions often interlocking, mutually reinforcing. However, due to land contamination concealment, the complexity of the hysteresis characteristics, tend to be ignored until many significant environmental events related to land contamination has aroused attention. Is less than that of Western countries, but the extent and scale of China's industrialization, land contamination rate much faster than developed countries in the West. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of urban industrial land pollution causes to discuss the necessity of urban industrial land pollution control, control technology, and innovation in legal and financing mode. Wuhan industrial land pollution control projects, for example, the analysis of the characteristics of the pesticide contaminated land and governance programs, and then make recommendations. Of this study and exploration of effective governance of urban industrial land pollution, improve the urban living environment, especially in the context of the urban land resources become tighter, the city's ecological environment deteriorated sharply, and the improvement of urban ecological environment, to protect the physical and mental health of urban residents, promote the intensive use of urban land resources and urban sustainable economic development, has a certain reference significance and reference value. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, on the basis of a comprehensive overview of the research reviewed research position, and put forward the need to delve into the problem and the main contents of this paper. The second chapter first defines the concept of urban industrial land pollution. Chapter Four case studies, analysis Wuhan urban pollution of an industrial land plots governance programs. Chapter summary of the full text and the theories and methods of the current situation and development trend of research in the field evaluation of the health risks of pollution from industrial land plots contaminated land governance risks, industrial structure adjustment in the industry migration and layout , explore how effective, fast, safe, low-cost treatment for various types of land pollution outlook on the future of urban industrial land pollution control.
