Abstract


In environmental problems become one of bottleneck restrict the urban development, construction of the new ecological city become the only way for sustainable and healthy development. As a national resource conservation and environment friendly society (hereinafter referred to as the "two type society") construction of the comprehensive reform pilot area of wuhan city circle, the ecological urban construction is "two type" social construction of meaning. Ecological city construction is an important part of ecological city construction, Qiao KouOu located in wuhan city center, wuhan is the birthplace of modern industry and commerce, how to keep up with the trend of the era of construction of ecological Qiao mouth become problems urgently to be solved. Based on this, this paper designs the research KouOu ecological urban construction and management countermeasures to make a preliminary study. First introduces the concept of ecological city, the research status at home and abroad, then analysis Qiao KouOu ecological environment present situation and existing problems, and finally on the basis of investigation and research put forward the "twelfth five-year" period, should further strengthen the concept of circular economy, intensify industrial restructuring, to promote cleaner production, strengthen the comprehensive improvement of the environment countermeasures and measures, in order to promote the construction of ecological research mouth.
