Abstract

In recent years, with the development of technology and the advance of industrialization , the environmental issues become increasingly serious , especially metal ions pollution caused serious impact on people's life and production , the accurate determination of metal ions Analytical Chemistry workers solved world. Direct analysis of complex samples due to matrix effects and the presence of interfering substances , with the instrument is very difficult, and therefore subject to the sample pre- separation and enrichment . Sample enrichment and separation generally need to rely on good selectivity , high adsorption capacity of adsorbents and appropriate separation method . The enrichment , separation and analysis of the design of trace constituents as the goal , a new solid-phase extraction adsorbent material synthesized by the silica gel , activated carbon Modification , and selective adsorption properties of the material was carried out system research . 1 with 2 - ( 2 - oxo - ethyl ) hydrazine A thioamide modified silica gel prepared a new solid-phase extraction material and applied to separation and enrichment of trace Hg ( II ) , Hg ( II ) content Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy ( ICP - AES ) determination . And in particular to optimize the performance and conditions of separation and enrichment ( enrichment acidity , adsorption , elution conditions , the detection limit and precision ) . The results showed that the adsorbent at pH 3 Hg ( II ) adsorption capacity of 37.5 mg g - 1 of Hg ( II ) , the method detection limit is 0.10 ng mL - 1 , and the relative standard deviation is less than 4.0% ( n = 8 ) . The adsorbent used in the determination of trace amounts of Hg ( II ) in the environment with satisfactory results . Synthesized amino azobenzene -modified activated carbon solid-phase extraction material , this material on the adsorption properties of Au ( III ) , the first enrichment of Au ( III ) is then measured . Experimental results show that the method is selective , high precision , fast adsorption rate can be well applied to the separation and enrichment of trace amounts of Au ( III ) in environmental samples . Activated carbon modified with isoniazid made ??a new solid-phase extraction agent , and for the enrichment and separation and detection environment Sc ( III ) . Experiments show that pH4 the adsorbent Sc ( III ) adsorption capacity of 21.58 mgg-1, 2 min you can reach equilibrium , the detection limit of the method is the 0.096μg g - 1 adsorbent used in environmental Determination of Sc ( III ) , has been satisfied with the results of the analysis .
