In recent years , a lot of greenhouse gas emissions caused by global climate change become the world's primary concern . In the face of the energy crisis and the climate crisis situation, the Chinese government put forward to 2020 CO2 emissions per unit of GDP compared with 2005 decreased by 40 % -45 % of the development of strategic objectives , companies how to reduce carbon emissions will also be put on the issues an important agenda. As the power industry is one of the main carbon emissions , so reducing the electric power industry for the control of greenhouse gas emissions to reduce total emissions of great significance . Carbon trading is China's power industry to implement energy conservation an opportunity , so when \Against this background this paper , through the research of cognitive , in -depth analysis of energy consumption associated with the power industry policies and standards , based on the carbon trading mechanism combining theory and corporate greenhouse gas inventory methodology for carbon footprint analysis grid enterprises basic techniques and methods are explored and evaluated using carbon footprint theory electricity business energy conservation results. Papers on climate change - International Cooperation on Climate Change - Carbon Trading - Carbon Audit - energy saving ideas based chain , in order to promote the development of low-carbon power industry -oriented, carbon audit methodology as a tool to grid carbon footprint for the study, explained the basic connotation carbon audit , methods and significance of the electricity supply industry status quo carbon emissions were analyzed to explore how to utilize carbon audit mining supply enterprise energy saving potential. Finally, from the perspective of electricity regulatory agencies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, China's power industry recommendations .
