Abstract


With the rise of the tide of environmental protection , China and the EU on the level of environmental protection gap of our main products exported to the EU , trade relations between China and the EU , are having a profound impact . The EU is a major exporter in China in recent years by the impact of EU trade barriers related to environmental protection , the export of many products have been a heavy blow , and the EU is the region with the highest environmental requirements , the study of China's major trading partner environmental trade policy system , helps to understand the system of environmental standards and environmental barriers to develop and adopt a positive response measures to further promote the development of bilateral economic and trade relations . At the same time can contribute to the improvement of our environmental management system , the development of the green economy , to coordinate the relationship between trade development and environmental protection , and to achieve sustainable development strategy . The article aims to study the EU 's trade policy related to environmental protection , coordination of China's economic , social, environmental , sustainable development has been inspired to improve our environmental policy system provides a good reference , in order to further promote the development of bilateral economic and trade relations . In recent years , some EU excessive trade policy related to environmental protection , has become a major factor in restricting our categories of products exported to the EU . Therefore , the EU's environmental trade policy impact on China's export products as well as our how to respond to the EU 's trade policies and environmental focus of the article . The article begins with an overview of the environmental protection and trade theory , and elaborated as the goal of environmental protection , trade policy measures in the multilateral trading system and the European Union 's environment-related trade policy and its policy characteristics ; data and charts to illustrate China 's low-carbon economy trade difficulties faced by the next , and then analyzes the the the these trade plight reasons . As the EU 's trade policy measures related to environmental protection , greatly reduced the competitiveness of China 's commodity exports serious injuries . Combining trade development status of China 's exports to the EU , from four aspects of trade competitiveness , China-EU trade structure , China-EU bilateral trade relations and its positive effects on China trade and environmental policies in the European Union on China's export trade ; final different aspects of the article from the state, enterprises , response measures and recommendations .
