Abstract


Ecological civilization refers to human reflection of global ecological crisis in the context of the transformation process of the objective material world, environmentally ethical values ??as a guide to achieve harmonious development between man and nature as the goal, the construction and orderly operation mechanism and good ecological ecological environment made material, spiritual, institutional aspects of the results of the sum of the current situation under the new human society and the natural harmonious development of a new civilization.
