Abstract

Mercury emissions from coal as a major source of air pollution, the pollution caused by mercury on the ecological environment of great immediate and potential hazards. At present, China has begun to smoke in the governance of mercury and other heavy metals, but the research and development of multi-pollutant control technology joint control of mercury in the atmosphere into a liquid mercury mercury or solid mercury pollution problems resulting from secondary consideration compared less. Therefore, this paper carried out ammonia desulfurization sludge enrichment of mercury recycling technology research work, which is to achieve total mercury emissions, reduce secondary pollution has important theoretical value and practical significance. Paper firstly present in the sediment ammonia desulfurization amino mercury chloride (HgNH 2 Cl) dissolution characteristics were studied. The results showed that, HgNH 2 Cl dissolved in hydrochloric acid solution is best, the hydrochloric acid concentration, amount of hydrochloric acid and the reaction temperature is not critical, in a short time completely dissolved; hydrochloric acid concentration more high, the greater the amount of hydrochloric acid solution, and the reaction temperature, the more beneficial HgNH 2 Cl dissolved. Studied sediment acid ammonia desulfurization characteristics, choose the investigated concentration of hydrochloric acid, hydrochloric acid, reaction temperature and reaction time on the sediment loss ratio. The results show that there are more substances in sediments can be dissolved in hydrochloric acid solution, sediment is mainly affected by the weight loss than the amount of hydrochloric acid concentration and effect. Weight loss compared with sediment concentration of hydrochloric acid, hydrochloric acid concentration and reaction time increases upward trend; As the reaction temperature, sediment loss ratio increases first and then decreases, analysis found that higher temperature reaction produces new insoluble substances. Containing HgNH 2 Cl ammonia desulfurization of mercury in sediment conditions for dissolution experiments show that a substance in sediment mercury dissolution without impediment, sediment mercury can be effectively dissolved out. When the experimental conditions were: sediment 5g (including 0.05gHgNH 2 Cl), hydrochloric acid concentration of 1%, the amount of hydrochloric acid solution 50ml, reaction time 60min, reaction temperature 50 ℃, sediment HgNH 2 Cl dissolution rate can reach 98%. Paper finally by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction method of experimental mechanism of a preliminary study showed that there is a lot of sediment soluble substances, such as (NH 4 ) 3 AlF 6 , (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 , etc., which later became acid-soluble substances new substances into the filtrate, such as (NH 4 ) 2 AlF 6 , NH 4 Cl and so on. Sediment added HgNH 2 Cl experiments, sediment solids remaining after the acid was not found to have mercury-containing substances exist, and the filtrate evaporated and the solid was detected Hg (OH) NO 3 , prove HgNH 2 Cl is dissolved into the filtrate.
