Global climate due to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are now 0.2 ℃ / 10a rate rise, causing the international community attaches to. 1992 \, in December 2007 reached the Bali Roadmap, which reach international consensus pointed out the direction for national action, in 2003 the British government will first write the low carbon economy the government promulgated the \key development direction, and to develop the appropriate policies and measures; Japan formulated the \, proposed a \In response to global warming has become a world trend of low-carbon economy. Development of low-carbon economy in the world trend, our take active measures to promote energy conservation, development of \40% to 45%, but China is facing tremendous pressure Implementation of international conventions, according to the Institute of Policy and Management Sciences Forecast: CO2 emissions of 2010 was 13.3 ~ 1.57 billion tons of carbon, CO2 emissions in 2020 was 15.43 ~ 21.74 billion tons of carbon. These data show that China's future carbon emission situation is still very grim. Products for the construction projects of high carbon products, project construction activities, consumes a lot of energy and materials, resulting in large amounts of waste, emit large amounts of greenhouse gases. According to the relevant estimates, China's construction projects and activities in the energy and materials used, accounting for national resource utilization around 45%, the energy consumption accounts for about 30% of total energy consumption, construction waste generated by activities accounting for about 40% of municipal waste; engineering project life cycle greenhouse gas emissions of a huge amount, how to find reduction projects in the life cycle emissions of greenhouse gases means to adapt to today's low-carbon development requirements of the times, it is the purpose of this study. In this paper, the project emissions assessment study abroad on research background and the introduction of LCA-based model, the Golden Mile Island-A District Project footprint assessment carried out empirical research in the research process, discussed the project materials production phase carbon footprint assessment and carbon emission factor of choice. Because the current material carbon emission factor has not yet announced, so the use of the published material is solidified energy, converted into standard coal energy value, converted into a standard pro-rata amount of coal, and then multiplied by the standard coal carbon emission factor to calculate the material production stage carbon emissions. Determination of current energy carbon emission factor mainly by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, IPCC National Greenhouse Gas Emissions Laboratory, DOE / EIA and Japan Institute of Energy Economics published data and default values ??are different, we use the mean carbon emission factor data for calculation of the Golden Mile Island-A District project life-cycle phases of carbon emissions, sensitivity analysis and optimization of carbon emissions, and the development of low-carbon projects are proposed. This article only project emissions assessment for initial exploration, there are still many shortcomings, such as the carbon footprint of the project site and other carbon footprint of their bodies were not calculated, nor the impact of the carbon footprint for assessment, expectations related scholars carbon footprint assessment carried out in-depth study theoretical system, and gradually establish a perfect, accurate and practical projects LCA database, providing evidence for the carbon footprint assessment and experience, which vigorously promote energy conservation, and promote green research and development projects , greet the arrival of ecological civilization is undoubtedly of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.
