Abstract


Solution blending and transfer of technology , cooperation with covalent bonds by diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) and melamine (MA) , launched a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), resin modified , application of orthogonal test of mixed composition of casting solution , prepared the chelating ligand effect MA-DTPA/PVDF modified resin ; using thermal gravimetric analysis ( TG ) , X -ray diffraction analysis ( XRD ) , Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), nuclear magnetic analysis (NMR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other means to characterize the thermal stability of the modified resin , structure and morphology , a functional group and a microstructure ; modified resin Ni 2 static and dynamic adsorption experimental research , to explore the solution pH, initial metal ion concentration , temperature , and other factors affect its adsorption performance analysis of the adsorption properties . MA-DTPA/PVDF modified resin prepared by blending the cast solution composition : Diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid 50 g / L , melamine 64 g / L, the polyvinylidene fluoride 100 g / L , polyvinylpyrrolidone 12.5g / L . TG test results show that the performance of the thermal stability of the modified resin XRD characterization results showed that its crystal structure is consistent with PVDF polymer , FTIR and NMR tests show that the role of chelating ligand amino polycarboxylic acid groups were successfully introduced into PVDF resin. Static experimental studies have shown that the MA-DTPA/PVDF modified resin has excellent adsorption performance of Ni 2 , saturated adsorption amount of up to 16.68 mg / g ; the better adsorption isotherm with the Langmuir isotherm model , the adsorption process in line with the quasi- second-order equation ; thermodynamic parameters ? G0 lt ; 0, △ H 0 < / sup> lt ; 0, △ S0 lt ; 0, confirmed that the modified resin Ni < sup> 2 adsorption was a spontaneous exothermic process . The adsorption column dynamic experimental results show that the MA-DTPA/PVDF modified resin suitable for processing low concentrations of nickel-containing wastewater ; the best injection velocity adsorption ; dynamic adsorption process in line with the Thomas model .
