Abstract


If take fashion as the pyramid to describe, Haute Couture is always take the top. For fashion designers Haute Couture are always their dreams, which can to the best degree realize their creativities. Haute Couture was always eponymous to perfection or sophistication, for its talented design and fantastic tailoring. Thus it takes the leading role to the trend of every season.Now with the development of the new economic time, Haute Couture was been injected to complex meanings during our post-industrial society time. It combined different market needs by the complex consumption groups. And now, China is on the focus for the global economic development, but Haute Couture-the European dominated term was coming to China as the world luxury consumption market transferred.To make research of Haute Couture, with the aim of standing on the top point and making overhead view to fashion development and make trends not only for styles but also for the concrete position for design career according to the relative financial figures published by economic authorities. Making description for the Haute Couture history and confirm to the future development for the fashion industry.At last, the thesis underlined the point of creativity which confirmed the shinning point for Haute Couture and fashion design, as the guiding tour for designers to make good results for their design career. For the in-depth knowledge of Haute Couture, this graduation thesis try to make demonstration from complex perspectives, through not perfect but enlightening for the practice of design activity. With the successful case in point world famous luxury Haute Couture masion Christian Dior supporting the confirmations, all the value was direct to the steering for the long way of personal design career and also to make academic basement for fashion design.
