Fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) is an important commercial species in southern China are widely distributed, the material quality, fast growing, is one of China's timber species. The magnetic treatment is the use of the magnetic field to the role of non-ferromagnetic fluid, so that the nature of the material to be used to produce some of the desired changes, so as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the use of a technology, commonly referred to as magnetic treatment. 20th century, 60 to 70 years, the magnetic treatment widely used in agriculture, environmental protection and bio-engineering and other fields, and made a series of achievements. This study were applied to the magnetic treatment of magnetized water and magnetic fields two fir seed germination and seedling cultivation process, from its the absolute seed germination rate, absolute germination potential to seedling root length, fresh and dry weight, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters the effects of the changes and other indicators analyze the feasibility of magnetic processing applications in forestry, and the form of sensitive index this effect is intuitive, and the following conclusions: (1) different effect of the different magnetized water and magnetic fields on the fir seed germination, but role in promoting. Variance analysis showed that the role of Magnetized Water on the absolute fir seed germination rate reached a significant level, absolute germination potential analysis of variance, obtained failed to reach a significant level, the method absolute fir seed germination potential the effect is not obvious. The different strength of the magnetic field fir seed germination process difference. The strong magnetic field of 0.1T fir the absolute seed germination rate and the absolute germination potential effects are not obvious. The overall trend of the experimental process with increasing magnetic field strength, the magnetic field on the absolute germination rate and the absolute germination potential role in promoting the gradual 0.4T strong magnetic field reaches its maximum value and a very significant level. The the seed peak and the peak of the number of germination similar role. (2) the average root length of two magnetic treatment of fir seedlings showed the opposite effect. Magnetized water has promoted, and this role has reached a very significant level. In contrast, the magnetic field on the fir seedling root growth has a strong inhibitory effect, also reached a significant level, in which the magnetic field of 0.1T strongest inhibition reached 33.64% inhibition of 0.3T magnetic field is weakest for 11.47%. (3) in fresh and dry weight indicators, the difference of the two magnetic treatment. By magnetic water treatment fir seeds grow into seedlings in the whole plant fresh and dry weight and root fresh and dry weight than the control group has been greatly improved, and have reached a very significant level, these show that magnetic water treatment can significantly promote the fir seedling growth and development. The influence of magnetic field on fresh and dry weight of seedlings into the promotion and inhibition of two effects. Of whole fresh and dry weight, 0.1T and 0.2T magnetic field showed the promoting effect, more significant role in promoting and a magnetic field of 0.2T, 0.3T and 0.4T magnetic field inhibits the growth and development of the fir seedlings , and the magnetic field of 0.4T inhibition stronger. Root fresh and dry weight, the four magnetic field, only the magnetic field of 0.2T significant role in promoting the growth and development of Chinese fir seedlings. (4) can be seen from the chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters, watering the appropriate intensity of magnetization of water a certain role in promoting the growth and development of Chinese fir seedlings. But this role because of the different number of test are quite different, and very significant differences between the different test numbers.
