Abstract

The tea tree pest damage is one of the important factors for high yield and quality constraints tea. For a long time, as the main means of prevention and control measures to chemical pesticides, not only a large number of destructive natural enemies of pests, reduce their natural control, but also bring the problem of pesticide residues in tea and environmental pollution. Pollution (organic) tea consumption increasing demand in the construction of ecological tea garden, tea garden reasonable intercropping green manure, creating unfavorable pests breeding, and favorable natural enemies multiply the environment, improve the tea plantation ecosystems diverse biomes , promote ecological balance of the tea plantations, to achieve the continued ecological control of tea pests, has become an important measure of the development of pollution-free (organic) tea production. In order to meet the needs of the modern ecological (organic) tea garden, this study primary tea pests - Empoasca cicadas object, November 2009 - November, tea plantations in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University teaching internship, shoot disk Law systematic investigation of the five main tea varieties false eye leafhopper adults and nymphs on the growth and decline of the number of Y-olfactometer determination in the room at the same time, the adult leafhoppers behavior of the 14 kinds of green manure foliage volatile substances reaction collect the of Fuyun No. 6 tea shoots and green manure volatile substances, the use of solid-phase micro extraction (SPME) and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis identified the main component of the volatile substances. The results are as follows: the five main tea varieties in the same tea garden on the false eye leafhopper adults, the number of nymphs were significantly positively correlated, indicating that the 5 tea varieties, the adult leafhoppers, the nymph population growth and decline of the overall trend. Empoasca adult cicadas, the Bugs port number of the year are two peak periods, and the first peak of the insect population is higher than the peak of. Y-olfactometer determine and compare the false eye leafhopper adults reaction results show that the behavior of the 14 kinds of green manure foliage volatile substances: in comparison with air conditions, Lawton beans, Crotalaria, paving Indigofera, miscellaneous in leaves, surattensis, Cassia rotundifolia the Ming green manure volatile substances this the leafhopper has obvious lure role; Amorpha, yellow Cassia small crown flower, pigeon pea, alfalfa, the lure of white clover green manure had no significant effect; spend Magnolia on false eye leafhopper adults showed significantly repelled. Further tea shoots were determined by the seven kinds of leafhoppers the obvious lure role of green manure attract active difference, Empoasca cicadas informed of the the flooring wood blue, mixed clover, Crotalaria 3 green manure lure role significantly lower than the tea shoots, of Lawton beans Empoasca cicadas attract activity is significantly lower than the tea shoots; the only Chamaecrista.rotundifolia leafhoppers attract activity is significantly higher than the tea shoots, the difference reached a significant level . The use of solid-phase micro-extraction method (SPME) collected the tea shoots and the behavior determination has a significant role in luring the four kinds of green manure volatile substances, and with gas chromatography - mass spectrometry associated with (GC-MS) technology identification of their composition, the results of a total of volatile substances identified tea shoots 26 species, the volatile substances Chamaecrista.rotundifolia 17 species, 26 kinds of beans, Lawton, Crotalaria 40 kinds, 30 kinds of flooring wood blue. Component of these volatile substances containing terpenes and their derivatives, alcohols, esters, alkanes, acids, ketones, aldehydes, and a small amount of other material components; wherein the terpenes and their derivatives, alcohols , esters and other ingredients were higher, the relatively low levels of other types of substances.
