Abstract

In this study, a preliminary determination of the inhibition zone method the bamboo tar tomato bacterial speck pathogen (Pseudomonas syingae pv tomato), rice bacterial leaf blight (Xanthomonas oryzae pv oryzae), rice bacterial leaf streak bacteria (Xanthomonas oryzae pv. the oryzicola), citrus canker bacteria (Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri), eggplant bacterial wilt bacteria (Ralstonia solanacearum), cabbage black rot bacteria (Xanthomonas campestris pv campestris), cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot fungus (Pseudomonas syingae pv. lachrymans) 7 species of pathogen inhibition. Determination results show that the bamboo tar was inhibited by these seven kinds of the tested pathogens. The plate virulence test bamboo tar this the seven pathogens EC 50 29 2 04μg · mL -1 between EC < sub> 90 at 68 6 11 μg · mL -1 . Among them, the most virulent of tomato bacterial spot pathogen (EC 50 = 29μg · mL -1 ), rice bacterial leaf spot pathogen virulence weakest (EC 50 = 204μg · mL -1 ). With a dose of 75μg · mL -1 , 125μg · mL -1 bamboo tar processing tomato bacterial spot pathogen, bacterial population growth lag phase extended logarithmic phase the number of bacterial cells per unit of time is significantly lower than the control. The results showed that the the bamboo tar inhibits the speed of the propagation of bacteria thus inhibiting the growth of bacteria populations. The bamboo tar syringae pv tomato bacterial cell membrane permeability influence measurement results show that the 125 μg · mL -1 bamboo tar can increase the amount of cell electrolyte infiltration and protein leakage, thereby changing the bacterial cell membrane permeability. Determination of of bamboo tar on tomato bacterial spot the bacteria aerobic respiration and respiratory chain dehydrogenase, the results show that the bamboo tar can inhibit the tomato bacterial spot pathogen aerobic respiration and respiratory chain dehydrogenase activity, presumably to inhibit bacterial respiration by inhibiting the activity of the respiratory chain dehydrogenase. Think that based on the results of the study, the bamboo tar can change the permeability of the cell membrane of tomato bacterial spot pathogen causing leakage of substances within the bacterial cell, inhibition of bacterial cells in the respiratory chain dehydrogenase activity and thus interfere with the respiration, restrain bacteria the role of population growth.
