[Objective] projection by UV-induced skin squamous cell carcinoma of nude mice, similar to human skin squamous cell carcinoma of the head and face animal models to explore the process of projection projection wavelength required UV dose and time. [Method] the 35 healthy Nu / Nu nude, male or female, 3 weeks old, weighing about 10g were randomly divided into seven groups and given different wavelengths, the dose of UV projection, respectively, for the blank control group, UVA (3.6J/cm2/day), UVA (7.2 J/cm2/day), UVB (720 mJ/cm2/day), UVB (1440mJ/cm2/day), UVA UVB (3.6 J/cm2/day 720 mJ / cm2/day), UVA UVB (7.2 J/cm2/day 1440 mJ/cm2/day). Periodic visual observation of nude mice skin changes, irradiation 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, the timing cut local lesions of the skin tissue of nude mice after 16 weeks, for routine pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining nude mice skin changes, analysis the epithelial keratin skin tissue CK10, CK5 / 6 expression of strength, its intensity of expression in the different time points using one-way ANOVA statistical analysis by SPSS11.0 software package. [Results] blank control group, UVA (3.6 J/cm2/day) UVA (7.2 J/cm2/day), group naked eye nude mouse skin no significant anomalies HE staining skin, the cortex no obvious anomalies. The back skin of nude mice in group 16 weeks after irradiation of UVB (720mJ/cm2/day) and UVA UVB (3.6 J/cm2/day 720 mJ/cm2/day) proliferation, ulceration, HE staining no obvious cancerous epithelium performance atypical hyperplasia, a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration or local ulcer. The dorsal skin of nude mice of UVB (1440mJ/cm2/day) and UVA UVB (7.2 J/cm2/day 1440 mJ/cm2/day) irradiation after 16 weeks significantly hyperplasia, ulceration, forming a crater-like or papillary hyperplasia HE staining performance well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. CK5 / 6, CK10 expression intensity UVA irradiation group and normal nude mouse skin is basically the same as the radiation dose enhanced expression of UVB or UVA UVB irradiation group, the increase of the irradiation time, the positive expression rate gradually increased. [Conclusion] ① The ultraviolet UVB is the main cause skin squamous cell carcinoma. ② nude mice squamous cell carcinoma of the skin with ultraviolet wavelength, dose and time projection. ③ CK5 / 6, CK10 expression UV induced skin damage cancerous different time periods of varying intensity, with the enhancement of the radiation dose, the increase of the irradiation time, the positive expression rate gradually increased.
