Cleaning scope includes inguinal shallow group and deep set of lymph nodes, clear the area Scarpa 's fascia down fat and fibrous tissue, not cut off great saphenous vein backbone, rotate with spermatic cord testicles and sheath membrane covering femoral canal, and do not leave off and transfer sartorius. 【 results 】 on both sides of the inguinal region lymph nodes were detected more than 432, an average of 17.3 pieces, a total of 17 cases pathologically proven positive 29 pieces of lymph nodes, 68% of the patients lymph node metastasis. 1 patients postoperative appear high fever, incision infection, skin edge necrosis and long-term complications, another 24% of unilateral inguinal area appear local complications, including skin edge mild necrosis and healing delay, scrotal edema, lymphatic leakage. No one appear serious large skin necrosis, strands of vascular injury, lymphangioma, lower limb movement disorders and serious complications. Five years no progress survival and overall survival rates were 72% and 76% respectively. 【 conclusion 】 modified radical inguinal lymph node dissections ensure radical cleaning range at the same time, reduce the complications.
