Abstract

Objective: In the women 's tumors , the incidence of cervical cancer is second only to breast cancer , in second place . In recent years, the incidence of cervical cancer of young women have a clear upward trend , How do patients with cervical cancer early detection and early treatment is particularly important . This study on the relationship between cervical carcinoma Nanog and Oct4 detection , analysis Nanog and Oct4 expression in cervical cancer and with clinicopathological parameters , Nanog and Oct4 in the incidence of cervical cancer development and infiltration metastasis the role and clinical significance . Methods: Using immunohistochemical staining (sp ) assay detected 30 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma , the 20 cases CINIII and 10 cases of normal cervical tissue expression of Nanog and Oct4 . X2 test , spearman rank correlation analysis methods to analyze the relationship between the Nanog and Oct4 patients with clinical and pathological features and Nanog and Oct4 correlation . Results: 30 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma , 20 cases CINIII, 10 cases of normal cervical tissue , Nanog and Oct4 positive expression in normal cervical tissue , CINIII, cervical cancer rate increased successively between the three groups are significant (all P lt ; 0.01) ; invasive cervical cancer Nanog and Oct4 expression was positively correlated (rs = 0.5317, P = 0.0025). With clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer Phase I , II midterm expression and expression in lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis was no significant difference in sex ( P gt ; 0.05 ) in the well-differentiated , moderately and poorly differentiated group difference was significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) , both Nanog and Oct4 joint detection of cervical cancer , may become cervical cancer molecular markers of tumor differentiation , which can more effectively study the molecular basis of the histological changes of cervical cancer . Conclusion 1, Nanog and Oct4 have excessive expression in cervical cancer . 2 , of cervical carcinoma Nanog and Oct4 expression was positively correlated . 3 , Nanog and Oct4 expression in cervical cancer and cervical cancer pathological grade with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis . Nanog and Oct4 joint detection can be used as a sensitivity of tumor -specific markers and therapeutic targets , and thus of great significance to further reveal the source of the tumor in order to guide the Cancer Prevention .
