Methods In this study, 80 cases of asthma predictive index positive for 1-5 years old children with asthma, is a lung and spleen kidney were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, herein are vesiculation and asthma education and management, in which the treatment group was divided into three groups, one group was given Chinese Herbs, two groups I injection, three group I internal medicine and injection, according to the condition of Chinese medicine treatment for ladder programs observation and treatment for 6 months in the control group without applying the treatment. Observe and compare the four groups of compliance, the ratio of eosinophils, asthma control level and TCM syndrome improve the situation. Results of treatment of a group of group compliance rate was 75%, the treatment group was 85% two, three treatment groups was 75% in the control group was 95%, four group, the difference was not statistically significant (p> 0.05). TCM syndromes total efficiency of the treatment group was 90%, the treatment group was 90% two, three treatment groups was 95% in the control group was 60%, four groups were significantly (P <0.05); among three comparison between treatment groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); three treatment groups compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The three treatment programs have higher compliance, three kinds of treatment programs to improve the level of asthma control and improving aspects of TCM and have a better effect equivalent efficacy combined with acupoint injection of Chinese Herbs program in improving the efficacy aspects of airway inflammation better clinical worthy
