Abstract

Objective: To understand the clinical features of the past six years hospitalized neonates with congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods: Chongqing Medical University Children's Hospital neonatal ward from January 2005 to December 2010 were treated in the past six years 1576 newborns with congenital heart disease clinical data, record the gender, age, discharge diagnosis, clinical manifestations, complications Heart malformations, X-ray, color Doppler echocardiographic findings of nine indicators. And the collection is divided into non-cyanotic congenital heart disease with cyanotic two categories, each of these two types of congenital heart disease in these indicators were analyzed retrospectively. Count data, the number of cases and expressed as a percentage, and the chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results: (1) The group of congenital heart disease accounted for a hospital neonatal ratio of 5.34% (1576/29540). (2) The group of congenital heart disease in non-cyanotic (1315) (261) more common than cyanotic. Non-cyanotic congenital heart disease, patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) (34.4% closure, 452/1315) is the most common, followed by complex malformations (24.2%, 319/1315). Cyanotic first heart disease, the complete aorta turn-bit (28.0%, 73/261) is the most common, followed in turn tetralogy of four associated disease (21.5%, 56/261), pulmonary atresia (12.3%, 32/261). (3) The type of congenital heart disease regardless of the gender and day-old (P gt; 0.05) (4) The group of congenital heart disease common clinical manifestations murmur (60.0%, 945/1576) the the noise combined cyanosis (20.2%, 319/1576), cyanosis (7.4%, 117/1576). Noise in non-cyanotic congenital heart disease is higher than the cyanotic (P lt; 0.01); the noise combined cyanosis in cyanotic congenital heart disease was higher than in non-cyanotic (P lt; 0.01). (5) in this group of congenital heart disease complicated by heart failure high incidence (15.4%, 243/1576) and cyanotic congenital heart disease than non-cyanotic easier with heart failure (P lt; 0.01). Defect, the more complicated by heart failure (P lt; 0.05) (6) the high incidence of this group of congenital heart disease with heart malformations (9.5%, 150/1576), the most common congenital anal atresia (27.3%, 41/150). Conclusion: The group of hospitalized neonates with congenital heart disease has the following characteristics: 1. Congenital heart disease accounted for hospitalized neonates Diseases of relatively high, its structure and general epidemiological findings. (2) the most common clinical manifestation of the murmur of non-cyanotic congenital heart disease, noise combined cyanosis, cyanotic congenital heart disease is the most common clinical manifestations. Heart failure is a congenital heart disease common complication incidence of congenital heart disease in type, size of the defect. 4 newborns with congenital heart disease Heart malformations more common, clinicians should cause great importance.
