Abstract


University of science and technology park as a new type of social and economic organization, increasingly become adjust the industrial structure, increase employment opportunities, and an important way of promoting the transformation of the pattern of economic development. Heilongjiang university of science and technology park construction started in 2000, and gradually developed into the window of the heilongjiang university of science and technology development, the transformation of a group of high-tech achievements, but also faces its own management system and operational mechanism is not sound, supporting measures fall behind and so on adverse situation, and even compared to other university science parks in the province, domestic also has the very big disparity in various aspects, is in a state of relatively backward. This article through to comparing the university science park at home and abroad, explore the internal law of university science park development, combining with the heilongjiang university of science and technology park development present situation, applying the theory of management and a variety of tools and methods of strategic analysis, develop accords with the practice of heilongjiang university science park development strategy, is relying on the subject of heilongjiang university and talent advantage, focus resources to the development of competitive industries, establishing and perfecting the intermediary service system, intensify investment promotion and capital introduction, technological innovation ability as the core competitiveness, distinctive in building university science park.
