Purpose:With the treatment of combination of Dan Gui Yin Zi and western drug in treating Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis with weak Syndrome of both Qi and Yin and blood stagnation of wet-heat, to observe the clinical efficacy、analyse its security and investigate the possible mechanism.Methods:The 64 cases of patients who all meet Diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group uses combination of Dan Gui Yin Zi and western drug,while the control group uses hormone,Tripterygium Glycosides Total and Foundational treatment.Through eight weeks treatment,we observe the two group in Clinical comprehensive effect before and after treatment accumulated scores of CTM,BLD、PRO,IgA,24-hour urinary protein quantity,the stool regular test and blood regular test.T-test and X2 test were used for normal distribution, and the same time, nonparametric test were used for non-normal distribution in processing data.Results:(1) The total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.77%. While the control group is 90%, the totol curative effect between the two groups has prominent difference,P<0.05, (2) The comparation of curative effect of CTM between two groups has prominent difference,P<0.05 (3) The improvement of Syndrome of less gas and fatigue, Hand、foot and heart are prone to heat and thirst had prominent difference,P<0.05, the treatment group is superior to control group.(4)The incidence of adverse reaction that is treatment group is less than control group.Conclusion:(1)The treatment of combinatorial traditional Chinese and western medicine(combination of Dan Gui Yin Zi and western drug) in treating Henoch Schnlein purpura nephritis with weak Syndrome of both Qi and Yin and blood stagnation of wet-heat is superior to western drug in Clinical curative effect and Syndromes curative effect of CTM,The improvement of Laboratory tests index and clinical curative effect is superior the control group (2) Combined with Chinese medicine that were safety,and Clinical curative effect of western medicine can be greatly improved, meanwhile side effects of hormone and immunosuppressant are greatly reduced.(3) The possible mechanism were:traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine synergistic effect,which can be provided with immunoregulation、anti-inflammatory improve circulatory、Blood rheology, restrain anaphylaxis function. (4) The clinical efficacy of treatment what was secure was so better and the adverse reactions were relatively mild,the treatment deserve to further research.
