Abstract


Purpose Base on past theory research about the union city’s community mental health service, raised further investigation of the urban community mental health status and its possible influencing factors; From the perspective of cultural life find and mental health related factors, this paper discusses the intervention study about whether spiritual and cultural life quality improvement will helps mental health for the community ,thus provide psychological intervention on practical and theoretical reference.Methods Use revising SRHMS scale and the urban community residents spiritual and cultural situation of urban community residents questionnaire of self-designed Through the city community mental health and cultural life in related research found the relevant factors, finally verified by experimental and control.Results1.The revised SRHMS scale factor structure is good, reliability and validity meet metrology requirements, it could be as urban community residents’psychology and social health assessment tool.2. The urban community residents self-designed questionnaire investigation of cultural life, including four aspects: spiritual and cultural life, social contacts current condition, spiritual and cultural service demand, value orientation, etc, can more comprehensive survey urban community residents spiritual and cultural life situation.3. The actual conducted mean data of the community residents can be as norms; Different demographic material groups in the social and mental health Exist significant differences.4. Spiritual and cultural life situation fully demonstrating the community residents spiritual and cultural life situation, different demographic material group in the spiritual and cultural life have significant differences. 5. The spiritual and cultural needs four aspects are with mental health or mental health points dimension existed significant correlation.6. Intervention objects measured before and after the intervention group contrast found: before and after the test scores are emotions and psychological symptoms and negative emotions significant differences.Conclusions:1. The spiritual and cultural life and mental health related, can exist spiritual and cultural life Angle from psychological intervention plan to build community.2. Through the spiritual and cultural perspective, a psychological intervention effective intervention long-effect mechanism.
