Abstract


Adolescence is a rather exceptional life stages , junior just in this special period, when the rapid development of their physiological , psychological and social aspects are also faced with drastic changes . To learn them on this stage has an extremely important significance. In recent years, research on learning in junior high school students are growing . In this study, based on the analysis in the literature , combined with individual interviews and open investigation , the preparation of junior high school Attribution questionnaire and as a tool to expand the junior high school students to learn about the aspects of the relevant research , to explore its Academic Attribution , motivation and academic burnout relationship. Extract some students with higher levels of academic burnout , in part attributed to adopt training methods based group counseling , and the other part of individual counseling, main results are: ( 1 ) \failure and attribution by internal control, internal uncontrollable external uncontrollable three dimensional composition. ( 2 ) the successful attribution , more girls classified as internal controllable factors , boys more classified as internal uncontrollable factors , in the face of failure more boys than girls classified as internal uncontrollable factors ; obtaining successful, the city's students more than rural students due to internal factors ; junior with the higher grades , more successful classified as its own capacity , fail more classified as their own efforts . ( 3 ) Junior Academic Attribution motivation and learning there is a significant correlation ; junior high school students ' motivation and academic burnout significant correlation ; junior academic burnout and Academic Attribution significantly correlated ; Junior Academic Attribution ways and motivation can predict their academic burnout , internal effect greater role than external ; learning motivation and academic success is attributed to its academic burnout play an intermediary role . ( 4 ) Junior attribution training can improve internal motivation to reduce their academic burnout levels ; group counseling and individual counseling intervention only results in the internal motivation , there was significant difference ; Both methods all have long-term effects of interventions .
