Abstract


Based on five books:《800 Modern Chinese Words》(Lu Shu Xiang),《Modern Chinese Expletive》(Zhang Yi Sheng),《Modern Chinese》(Xing Fu Yi、Wang Guo Sheng),《Vietnamese Gramma》(Diep Quang Ban) and《Components of Vietnamese Sentence》(Nguyen Minh Thuyet、Nguyen Van Hiep), this essay will clarify and analyze verb "guo"o Then it will find out what is the problem and come to compare with Vietnamese。In Vietnamese, auxiliary "guo" is a common word with various meanings such as "tung", "roi", "xong"。Sometimes there is no corresponding。Because of meaningful in Vietnamese language, Vietnamese students have to confront with lots of troubles when studying auxiliary "guo"。Through related examples of "guo" collected from databank of Beijing University and databank of Vietnam as well as from mistakes of Vietnamese students who study "guo" in order to analyze and collate to make reference who students learning Chinese。The essay includes these four follow sections:I IntroductionII Analyzing the meaning of auxiliary "guo" in Chinese language and "tung", "roi", "xong" in Vietnamese language1.
