Abstract


Consumer finance company is an non-bank financial institutions which is setted up in the territory of the People’s Republic of China. It does not absorb public deposits, to small, scattered to the principle of individual residents within the territory of China for the purpose of providing consumer loans. It is a new company model.This corporate system has a long history in foreign countries and it runs more mature.At present there are three pilot cities,Beijing,Shanghai and Chengdu in China. At the same time, it is precisely because it is still in the pilot phase, there are a degree of lack of in associated with a number of supporting mechanisms, such as a sound credit system, the legal regulatory instruments, risk control measures and so on,which is a bottleneck to the healthy development of consumer finance companies manufacturing. In this regard, our country should learn relatively mature experience from foreign consumer finance in the development,such as the establishment of effective enforcement of regulatory principles, improve the legal system, and monitor and improve our system of national consumer finance company.To maximize its advantages and to make up its shortcomings, I think it is the only way to make consumer finance company in China healthy development.And our consumer credit market can operate in an orderly manner.
