Abstract


With the vigorous development of the network games industry, the concept of virtual property gradually into people’s vision and be legal workers paid more attention to. Virtual property in the online game participants network games, it acquired during the process in a rich people’s spiritual and cultural life and edify people sentiment also brought many legal dispute, because China’s relevant laws and regulations for processing the hysteresis, often occur in such cases could not be in accordance with the awkward situation.According to "work his way up v company in Guangzhou as a case", this paper mainly analyzes the case involved the nature of the legal relation, the parties registered for the network game behavior nature, and both sides in the contract that the nature of related terms, and the characteristics of virtual property ownership and make a brief statement, violation of the fictitious property of network behavior imputation principle and constitutions are discussed. And on the basis of discussion above on how to construct the protection of virtual property system has carried on the preliminary analysis.
