Abstract


As a cosmetic production enterprises, doomed to be changes in the market to decide their own products, and this determines that enterprises must be based on multi - variety and small batch as the leading direction of their production. Main characteristics of the mode that is to ask the enterprise to meet the demands of the market flexibility and diversification, in accordance with the requirements of the customer orders, and on - demand and ensure the quality of products meet the requirements of customers, the largest realization of enterprise economic profits. This has brought many problems that need to be resolved : in the production of variety and small batch products and at the same time, how to rationally arrange production, and on line process optimization. In this article, according to Chromalyra’s main characteristics of production management at the same time with many years of my practical experience in the fields of production management, with the management method of lean production as the major point of departure, under variety and small batch production, by implementing the kind of advanced management methods to eliminate all unnecessary waste and practice in the process of product quality fluctuation and perfection of pursuing quality and fierce competition in the global economic integration, we must continue to reduce the manufacturing cost, improve quality, ensure that enterprises within the industry’s competitive edge.This article includes the following several aspects : first, analysis of multi - variety and small - batch production characteristics and existing problems of enterprise, second, on the actual situation of utilization of lean production in enterprise production management tool to resolve the practical problems of enterprises, and ultimately production process optimization and eliminate unnecessary waste, improve product quality, and through the establishment of production process optimization model to solve the problem of enterprise production process is not smooth, bringing the enterprise to optimize production.
