Abstract


As we all know, equity alliances (especially foreign equity alliance) has become one of China’s most important forms of organization to use foreign capital in the 21st century. It plays an important role in our economic development. The real and core impact of equity alliance element in their autonomy is knowledge technology. Knowledge and technology transfer from foreign to domestic enterprises, especially the tacit knowledge and management skills turning into the ability of independent innovation of domestic enterprises is the core issu and key point to our Union Industrial Safety of equity alliances.This paper studies industry security in the level of enterprise. invested enterprises by FDI have been selected for the subject, which are also known as equity alliances (including joint ventures and cross-shareholding enterprises). In this thesis, transaction cost theory, strategic management theory, resource dependency and other cross-scientific theories are used to study. In the way of studying the main body of knowledge transfer (TNCs) and investment behavior strategy, the object (equity Union) and the environmental conditions and capacity gaps of knowledge own characteristics in the FDI, we interpret of the equity alliance and the formation of industrial security reasons, influencing factors and the formation conditions. This study provide a theoretical basis for further research issues related to industrial safety in China.The article uses a combination of theoretical and empirical methods, and comprehensive case studies, comparative analysis, systems analysis and other analysis. The paper studies the mechanism of industrial safety problems in the formation of equity alliances, aiming to find out the identify options for the coalition of industry safety factors.The paper suggests that the extent of industrial safety determines to equity alliance smooth knowledge transfer and effectiveness. Firstly we start from the characteristics of knowledge itself and the angle of knowledge spillovers to describe the impact of various factors in the process. Secondly we reveal the knowledge absorptive capacity of the input side of knowledge transfer, which is under the impact of systems of their own knowledge, learning ability, organizational communication skills, the impact of R&D capability, and so on. Thirdly from the view of knowledge output side, we come to the conclusion that knowledge dissemination capacity, the knowledge strategy of the output company, and the knowledge of international politics, play a key role in the output side of knowledge transfer capacity . Later we sum up the impact of the equity alliance knowledge transfer factors, respectively on trust, organizational culture, conflict and domination. Then finally we give a more intuitive expression on the overall impact using the model of game theory and a case study. As a result, we get to a view how our country’s industry security is engendered and form the overall understanding of the relevant factors.
