Abstract


\In rural primary and secondary schools, as poor school conditions, both in terms of hardware and software conditions, as compared with urban primary and secondary schools there is a considerable gap. Especially in safety education in particular is not optimistic about the situation, the lack of effective protection of the basic conditions for the safety of students. In recent years, with the primary and secondary schools in rural areas of safety accidents occur frequently, and some care safety education in rural primary and secondary schools enthusiastic people campaigning, education in rural primary and secondary schools security issue has been coming into view, causing a certain degree of attention. But I combed through existing studies found that safety education in rural primary and secondary schools is more fragmented research, empirical research is particularly lacking. Based on the Inner safety education in rural primary and secondary schools status of the investigation, found that rural primary and secondary schools in Inner Mongolia safety education problems, find out the reasons for these problems and try to suggest improvements in rural primary and secondary schools in Inner Mongolia safety education specific countermeasures and suggestions. To Inner Mongolia to strengthen and improve safety education in rural primary and secondary schools to provide a reference. Text is divided into five parts. Chapter I: Introduction. First, an overview of the research topics of reason, the study's significance; Secondly, the domestic research of the sort, this study discusses the ideas and research methods and research focus, difficult. CHAPTER 2: Inner safety education in rural primary and secondary schools Survey. First, the basic work of the survey is a brief description; Secondly, the questionnaire results were analyzed, specifically including educational programs for schools to carry out safety conditions, school safety education constitutes a personnel situation, the specific status of implementation of safety education, textbook usage, student common sense approach to obtain self-care, student safety education day to understand the situation, the student's attitude to safety education activities, school safety education evaluation status of teachers to carry out safety education difficulties, the students felt that the school safety education needs to improve the content of such ten aspects for statistical analysis. Chapter III: According to the survey results, a basic understanding of the Inner Mongolia region of rural primary and secondary schools safety education problems. The main problems are: the school to further education for the purpose of implementation of safety education initiatives is difficult to place; safety education without a clear educational goals, superficial forms; safe educational content and methods obsolete; lack of safety education resources; student awareness of security weaknesses ; safety education is not ideal these six aspects. Chapter 4: Analysis of school safety education cause of the problem. These include understanding is not in place; insufficient capital investment; safe system is imperfect; safety management is not in place; secure the quality of education poor; students for their own reasons; safety education difficult to get family support. Chapter Five: discusses school safety education measures and recommendations. Proposed to improve the awareness of the importance of safety education, safety education to establish a correct outlook; increase funding for school safety education provides a wealth of resources; school safety education to forms, regular, systematic; strengthen teachers' safety education and training; make school safety education and management of security work; strengthen the students' psychological health education and compliance education; build schools, families, community safety education trinity force these seven recommendations.
