Abstract


High school geography teaching into a new curriculum reform, teaching high school geography teachers put forward higher requirements: Citizens must cultivate modern geographic literacy ; meet the learning needs of students with different geography ; emphasis on the geography of inquiry ; emphasis on information technology in the geographic learning application ; focus on learning and learning outcome evaluation process evaluation combine . How to organize teaching high school geography curriculum standards in order to achieve the requirements ? This question facing each in front of a high school geography teacher . Modern cognitive psychology research has shown that there are different types of knowledge , knowledge of different types have different learning processes and conditions for teachers during teaching preparation , teaching content must be clear that what type of knowledge , which can be sound instructional design . Different characteristics of each type of knowledge , choice of teaching strategies are also different. In this paper, the use of literature , observation , interviews and experiment research. According to modern cognitive psychology theory perspective on knowledge classification , the high school geography physical geography knowledge into declarative knowledge , procedural knowledge and geographic geography strategic knowledge , discussed the three types of knowledge and common characteristics of each teaching strategies ; simultaneously , but also on the high school geography teaching methods are commonly used in finishing , focusing on a few general procedure of teaching methods , and points out some operation problems that need attention ; then PEP required a high school geography textbook example to classify knowledge of each chapter , and its teaching mode selection provides some simple advice ; final choice among several typical content knowledge , teaching pieces were designed and tested through practical teaching , based on feedback from students to do teaching reflection. Hope that through these studies , high school geography teachers for teaching natural geographical reference.
