Abstract


With the increasing employment pressure in China, pursuit of knowledge has become increasingly intense, especially youth who have been working in a company or enterprise want to have further development, leisure time must be cost to acquire more Knowledge to enrich themselves, which contributes greatly to the development of network education, and Web Courseware as an important means of network education, also has been valued by more and more people.Network Education College of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, as one of institutions of higher learning earliest established distance education, has been committed to the development of distance education, with particular attention network courseware development, teaching platform is further upgraded. In this paper, based on development of "Mobile Communication" courseware on the Sakai platform for the application background, we carried out a detailed design and analysis for courseware, and achieved very remarkable results. Network courseware named "Mobile Communication" has received national network courses, and won the "Tenth National Multimedia courseware Competition" First Prize.This paper describes the Sakai platform application status at home and abroad as well as the development level of FLASH, outlines the advantages of FLASH in the production network courseware, and then explains how to design courseware from various dimensions, and raises the production method for the difficulties. Finally, describes the application of FLASH in the exhibition, and points out the lack of the research and innovation
