Abstract


Currently, domestic scholars television public service advertising research is still in development stage , and television PSAs social functions play a particularly important role in building a harmonious society , the importance of the study of television public service ads more prominent . Within the field of the television PSAs social functions systems research in the first time . This paper by documentary research literature of comparative law , case studies and other methods of definition television public service ads , and the history and characteristics of the TV PSAs to explore , excavate the social function of television public service ads , analysis of the current television PSAs functions exist problems , and analyze the reason for the existence of the problem , and eventually find a the TV PSAs social problems solutions .
