With the requirements of the development of the battery industry, the level of product quality control and after-sales service, the battery industry in the battery production into the process of monitoring the battery charge and discharge. The battery into production workshop, often at the same time more than 4000 battery charge and discharge operations, and industrial complex site conditions put forward higher requirements for wireless sensor networks in a large-scale group webbed. How factors in the traditional constraints wireless sensor networks, such as node bandwidth, energy ceiling still do not get the premise of a fundamental solution to maintain and even to optimize the overall energy consumption of wireless sensor networks in large-scale layout, communication delay and communication efficiency. is the hot issue of the current study. Large-scale networking of wireless sensor networks from the perspective of the MAC protocol analysis and research, the main work: (1) introduction of large-scale battery charge and discharge system hardware and software programs, as well as the demand for wireless sensor networks. The same time, the introduction to the basic theory of the large-scale wireless sensor network MAC protocol, a brief analysis of the classic MAC protocol, pointed out that the lack of large-scale network conditions, put forward the basic methods to solve the problem of large-scale networking: Network decomposition node / information classification and congestion avoidance mechanisms. (2) there are characteristics of both event-driven and periodic collection type event model for large-scale battery charge and discharge monitoring system proposed A-Sift protocol and a an event-driven based on the spread of large-scale wireless sensor networks the ABDC-MAC protocol for periodic collection network based on tree topology. A-Sift data integrity requirements of large-scale wireless sensor network for transmissible event-driven, and dissemination events the number of nodes and flow dynamic change characteristics, in the the Sift protocol based on the introduction of the the node classification priority mechanism and global statistics scheduling mechanisms to address the dynamic changes of the problem of the event center node data loss and channel flows. ABDC-MAC protocol problems exist in the tree topology of large-scale sensor network node energy and transmission efficiency, a wireless sensor network MAC protocol based on decomposition and coordination of large-scale network. The protocol on the basis of routing information for network again decomposed, and uses the corresponding adaptation node access algorithm, and enhance the good applicability of the scale wireless sensor networks. (3) on the basis of the above research, information collection for large-scale battery charge and discharge production. Proposed based network decomposition and production information classification HBDS-MAC protocol. The agreement based on the framework of the production equipment to build a 3-layer tree network architectures, and node priority access to the network in accordance with the type of business conducted distinguish, meet the requirements of different data delay and integrity. The algorithm can also be effectively applied to large-scale battery charge and discharge monitoring system. The main subject of study the large-scale wireless sensor network MAC protocol and its applications in large-scale battery charge and discharge monitoring system, the article different mechanisms depending on the application model, traditional MAC protocol, in terms of features and performance improvements for large adaptability scale wireless sensor networks, and propose a MAC protocol for industrial production applications, has a certain value of engineering applications.
