Abstract


With the rapid development of economy and society , the public demand for meteorological services more and more , more and more detailed , more and more personalized service and demand gap restricts the sustained and stable development of public weather services . Built for a progressive improvement of meteorological services and the public demand gap , investigation and assessment system of public weather services . The questionnaire generated with the findings of the analysis method and form of expression and other aspects of how to create a public weather service survey assessment system were discussed , and promote the continuous improvement of public weather service quality and service level . Firstly, research, investigation and assessment of meteorological services and analysis of the research status quo , then the actual needs of the system , starting from the point of view of software engineering , combined with a unified object-oriented modeling language UML to describe the investigation and assessment system of public weather services analysis . Secondly, the the UML modeling knowledge and use of technology , the next system analysis and modeling , and system design , customization and management of the design of the questionnaire , online survey data quality control , evaluation model and data management , data query and statistics, rights management , system management module . System implementation in accordance with the format layer , control layer , business logic layer , persistence layer and data layer The layered implementation mode system design ideas more clearly , maintenance, and testing easier . This article uses modeling tool Rational Rose UML modeling in Visual studio 2005 NET development environment , the development of the B / S mode , ORACLE database as a background to the development . A the meteorological services survey assessment system platform for people to use of the public . Help us to improve the the meteorological service levels , and actively carry out meteorological support services capacity to respond to climate change , meteorological services and the strengthening of public emergencies .
