Abstract


With the rapid development of infrared imaging technology and wide application in many fields of military and civilian infrared image quality put forward higher requirements. In view of this, this paper mainly studied the infrared image enhancement and color lookup table -based technology . In the infrared image enhancement , Based on the infrared image histogram analysis, infrared image histogram peak too high for the situation improved adaptive histogram equalization algorithm platform threshold selection method . Meanwhile, the paper improves constrained Laplace sharpening algorithm, a new dual- threshold constrained conditions apply to them . Experiments show that the two infrared image enhancement algorithm was better than the original algorithm . In addition , this paper based on fuzzy set edge sharpening algorithms for a large number of experiments and analysis of the algorithm in two changes in the value of the weighting factor image sharpening effect to summarize the changes in the law , and then infer the weighting factor appropriate value . In the aspect of color infrared images , this paper presents a color lookup table based on infrared and visible spectral image near natural color dual fusion algorithm, which is a two-dimensional gray-scale transformation algorithm applied to the original color lookup table based on double spectral images of natural sense of color fusion process, and the use of limited pixel neighborhood averaging method for color image region growing to generate an initial complement the color lookup table. The algorithm causes complement the color lookup table having a color distortion suppressing effect , thereby improving the infrared and visible spectral image for look double generating false find fusion phenomenon. Compared to other color fusion algorithms , the proposed algorithm fused image more vivid color , clear, close to natural colors.
