Abstract


As a new financial services product of commercial bank, supply chain finance gets increasing attention in the global banking and becomes a new important business growth opportunities. Supply chain finance is package of financial solution for Enterprises in the supply chain. In premise bottom that reasonable control the financial costs, it makes the enterprises to accelerate the development of business though speeding up accounts receivable and inventory turnover rate, and improving the supply chain cash flow. Moreover, In order to reduce the Banks’ credit risk and find new revenue growth opportunities, supply chain finance can be better able to help commercial Banks obtaining firsthand information and tracking the production and operation of enterprises status.For now, our supply chain finance business is still at the beginning. Whatever on the respect of commercial banks for product design and business promotion or enterprises participating in supply chain finance business still has many areas can be improved. Familiar with the supply chain finance business market conditions becomes critically important for improving the existing shortage as soon as possible to obtain more benefits of supply chain financial business. In this paper, basic knowledge of marketing science is used to study our supply chain finance business market conditions, and do the research of market segmentation. The article altogether divides into five chapters. First chapter basically introduces its research significance, background, related literature review, research ideas and purpose. Second chapter discusses the theory of supply chain finance business, mainly in the supply chain finance business concepts and the theory of market. Third chapter introduces the related theory of market segment, In particular, systematically analyses of the commercial Bank market segment. Fourth chapter is this article key point, this chapter mainly in the market research, selects regions, geographic location, size, and asset-liability ratio of the enterprises, the position in the supply chain and enterprise demand for products as criterions. According to these six criterions, it conducts the segmentation research of supply chain finance of Chinese commercial bank, and summarizes the main factors that enterprises enter each market segment. Firth chapter summarizes the mainly deficiencies and the prospects for further research.
