Abstract


Gender equality is a traditional problem, but the existence of the pension system in the study of gender equality is a new area of research. Basic pension insurance system in the process of establishment and development of the environmental impact by the system is running, interact with other systems and functions, the basic endowment insurance system in gender equality issues have been revealed.Based on this, this article combined with construction of gender in the pension system on the issue of gender inequality. Use of the gender construct the core concept of retirement protection system of gender inequality in the interpretation of the causes of the problem, improve the basic old-age insurance system to explore ways to make the pension system the feasibility of measures to achieve gender equality.This article is divided into five chapters on the basic pension insurance system and how gender differences in the basic pension system in achieving gender equality were discussed.The first chapter is an introduction to the article, the background, research significance and research methods are described, and to define the concept of social construction of gender theory and gender differences in the pension system as a literature review of the situation.ChapterⅡdefines the relevant definitions, also outlined the main theories of gender construction perspective, and explore the social construction of gender how various factors affect the system.ChapterⅢuses the selection between Shanghai and Jiangxi related survey research and analysis, presenting the basic endowment insurance system for the existing gender differences in the status quo and problems.ChapterⅣwill use the theory of social construction of gender theory and the cultural construction of social role theory, from social values, social norms of gender concepts and the perspective of the formation of the basic endowment insurance system underlying causes of gender differences. Chapter V is on the basis of the analysis, put forward policy proposals to solve the problem. This article needs from a gender perspective, proposed to realize the reality of the gender needs and strategic gender needs of the pension insurance system, the basic ideas, specific goals and coping strategies.
