Abstract


Since the 1970s, with the development of economic globalization, the world opened up to financial liberalization as the core of financial reform prelude of the original \Since January 1, 1984 China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China was formally established, the Chinese People's basic business of commercial banks stripped, officially became our country's central bank, and the subsequent establishment of the China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China jointly formed a professional banking system. With the commercialization of state-owned specialized banks reform, banking structure is also experienced by the degree of monopoly to oligopoly, monopolistic competition in the market then. China's vast territory, due to geographical, transportation, resources, and other objective conditions for social and economic development speed is different, so the formation of eastern and western underdeveloped areas. However, with the infrastructure and traffic conditions continue to improve, the distinction between the two is not so obvious. After the study shows that where there is policy, where there is money, where there is development. As since the implementation of the western development strategy, Gansu Province has been rapid socio-economic development, but compared with the developed eastern provinces there are still a big gap. Under this situation, this paper hopes Gansu Banking on Credit allocative efficiency of research, structural optimization and adjustment of the banking sector in the region and to improve efficiency of resource allocation and implementation of ways to find a breakthrough, and strive for economic revitalization and social development in Gansu provide theoretical reference. Introduction to part thesis research background and significance on the basis of research situation overview describes research methods and basic framework, noting the possible innovations and deficiencies; first part defines the concepts related to this article introduces banking structure and efficiency of the allocation of credit resources of the basic theory; Gansu Province, the second part analyzes the banking structure and concentration of banking credit market situation, and based on Gan 'Gansu Province, the status of credit resources allocation efficiency study ; The third part respectively, from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the structure of the banking sector in Gansu Province allocative efficiency of credit impact of in-depth discussion; Finally, in the fourth part of this proposed structure for the banking industry in Gansu province optimize the allocation of resources to enhance the credit efficient countermeasures and suggestions.
