Abstract


Since the 1990s, the financial industry risk management risk management of the banking industry as a pilot rapid development forward in the first era of comprehensive risk management, advanced risk management concepts and methods for financial institutions to manage risk, create value provided new solutions. Many international insurance companies are active in the implementation of a comprehensive risk management and achieved good results. Comparing the characteristics of a comprehensive risk management can be found from the status quo of China's insurance risk management, a comprehensive risk management can improve the level of China's insurance industry risk management in multiple ways to improve risk management of insurance companies in China backwardness. Implementation of a comprehensive risk management can maintain a reasonable capital structure foundation optimize the allocation of capital, comprehensive risk management is achieved by improving the performance growth, improve return on capital and to maintain the consistency of the business to increase enterprise value. The core of enterprise management decision-making and internal investment and financing activities are inseparable from the study of the relationship of the enterprise value evaluation and impact. This paper first reviews the previous literature and the results of the risk management theory and corporate valuation system. Thus the one hand, more traditional risk management theory and the theory of comprehensive risk management, the need for China's insurance industry, the implementation of a comprehensive risk management; explore risk management affects corporate value motivation relationship, while the special nature of the life insurance company, the theory on embedded value can take advantage of more readily quantified to evaluate the value of the life insurance companies, relations expounded by studying risk management embedded value of the life insurance companies to study the risk management and enterprise value of the life insurance companies. Then follow the principle of comprehensiveness, the importance of systematic, qualitative and quantitative binding, operability, dynamic statistical evaluation of scientific and reflect the operating conditions of the premise, from both internal and external fully comprehensive risk The management philosophy infiltrate to the embedded value of the life insurance companies in the evaluation index system. Finally, choose the actual data of the life insurance companies in China from 2003 to 2009, the use of rough set reduction system was first built more practical, more of a concern evaluation index system and the ultimate decision-making rules for regulators to provide reliable basis for regulation to provide ideas for the internal management of the life insurance company managers to take effective decision-making behavior to improve the intrinsic value, but also enable investors to more in-depth understanding of the embedded value, to provide guidance and reference for their investment behavior.
