Abstract


Japan 's pension system after half a century of development , has formed a set of near - perfect pension system . In recent years, however, the increasingly serious problem of aging population to various aspects of Japanese society have brought a negative impact , it is the first major test of the social security system in Japan . For their own serious population aging on the impact of the pension system , the Japanese government a major reform of its pension insurance system , effectively alleviate the pressure of an aging population . China is a populous country, with the level of social, economic development , the average life expectancy of people to continuously improve , is also facing a serious population aging , China 's old-age security system , established relatively late , and still in the old and new system transition period , so the hidden debt left over from the old system , the new system , the formation process of facing an aging population and many other issues , China 's pension system still take a very long period of time to develop and perfect . In this paper , by drawing on the experience of Japan , looking for methods to solve the many problems facing Chinese pension system development process , improve the pension system so as to achieve the purpose . The body of the paper is constituted by the following five parts . The first part on this article research purposes and research significance ; second part of population aging and pension insurance Theory Research , laid a theoretical foundation for the whole chapter ; The third section provides an overview of the current situation of Japan's population aging and its pension insurance system, the intent to understand the characteristics of the old-age insurance reform measures in Japan to learn from our premise ; fourth section describes the current situation of China's aging population and its pension insurance system ; fifth section describes the pension insurance system in Japan in the context of an aging population Lessons for China .
