Abstract


Performance management is a core of the modern enterprise human resources management , through the establishment of a comprehensive performance management system can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the ability to adapt , and therefore , how a correct understanding of performance management, performance management system to build a scientific and reasonable is the main topic of the current focus on domestic enterprises . Firstly, through the relevant theoretical research on performance management and basic concepts are described , combined with Y state-owned investment company performance management research and analysis , focusing on the current enterprise performance appraisal methods , the results of the exam applications as well as the results of the exam feedback aspects of the performance management system optimized design ideas and programs , and propose appropriate safeguards and Evaluation of the Implementation . I hope to provide some ideas by re-optimize the design of the Y -owned investment company performance management system , to solve the difficult problem to improve the assessment of functional departments , and point for reference for human resource management counterparts .
